1. Drawing Services
As some clients may be unable to forward DXF files, we offer a service to provide DXF's where required at a reasonable tariff as follows:

*Please Note: If the detail provided is not clear, or the design not complete, it may need more inputs from the client. This could result in delayed quoting as correct and sufficient pre-quoting detail is a requirement.
2. Bending Services
Most bending can be handled up to a thickness of about 8mm; however, this depends on the design and bending features, which need to be discussed before quoting.
3. Welding and Assembling
As this is dependent on geometry, welding detail, and materials, this will be quoted for.
4. Deburring
All cutting edges will be deburred. However, some edges may still retain sharpness since deburring only removes the burr. For stainless steel cutting, deburring is standard practice, but any discoloration caused by heat cannot be removed or polished.
5. Deliveries
Deliveries are free within a 10km radius on orders with a minimum of a R1000 value. A delivery charge of R10/km is otherwise applicable.
6. Surface treatment
All cut parts and, where required, welded parts are without surface treatment. If required, surface treatment is available and will be separately quoted on request. The following are the most common processes:
- Zinc plating
- Galvanising
- Powder coating
7. Laser Cutting
If necessary, such as for stainless steel parts that require clean surfaces, laser-cut parts can be provided.
